1. Be on time for your appointment there is a 10 min grace period after that your CANCELLED & BLOCKED!!! please do not knock early my time is my time & Your time is your time. Please be respectful.
2. No KIDS No COMPANY unless being serviced.
3. No Call No Show don't ask again you will be blocked from future scheduling for 1 year.
4. You must cancel/reschedule your OWN appointment 24hrs ahead of time or you will be blocked from future scheduling & you forfeit deposit.
5. CASH ONLY ONLY!! NO CASH APP at appointment!!!!!!!!
6. Face Mask REQUIRED!!!
7. Come Washed and Ready
8. I DO NOT provide hair, I DO NOT add Beads.
9. All braid services that require a blow out will be $25 extra add it to your appt. All braid services is one color additional colors will be $15 add it to your appt.
10. IF YOU or ANYONE CLOSE TO YOU ARE FEELING SICK PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR YOU WILL BE SENT AWAY. take 2 weeks min. for recovery time.
11. Monthly Specials: you are required to schedule your own every 2 week appointments. If you miss your appointment you miss your appointment remember you didn't pay a deposit. I'll see you at your next scheduled appointment.
12. PLEASE SEND DEPOSIT AS SOON AS YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT or I will cancel it, then you would have to rebook. Deposits are Non REFUNDABLE!!! add name in notes.
13. Same Day appt do cost extra add that to service.
